Accessing my Website: You don’t need to provide any personal information to access our site.
Whenever you request a page through any browser data such as:

is stored in a log file and/or database. This information cannot be used to identify specific individuals, and is only used for:
- Website and system administration
- Research and development
- Anonymous user analysis
Contact Details: Email and telephone details provided to me by the contact form on my website, direct email or verbally are held so that I can respond to enquiries and to discuss potential treatment.
If you become a client of Adele Richmond then I will store personal information relating to your treatment. This may include your name, address, contact details, correspondence, details of therapy sessions and some limited medical information. All information is stored in compliance with data protection and any legal requirements that I adhere to for the purpose of running my business.
Name and Email Address provided when you sign up to my mailing list: I may send out irregular emails or newsletters containing useful information and occasional offers. You consent to this and can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of each email or by emailing me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Disclosing your information
In order to provide my services and run my business in a lawful and professional manner I may need to share your information with selected third parties. I will never rent or sell your data to any third party for marketing. It may include:

- Advisers who support my business with professional services such as accountants, insurers, lawyers and other business support services.
- Admin and IT service providers who work in my business.

The security of your data is very important to me and I use best practices to ensure that data is stored safely. In the event where I may need to share data with other people I make sure that I share only what is absolutely necessary.
